Athletes and Parents
The day before a big meet is very important. Here are a few things I suggest you focus on.
1. Hydration: water/electrolytes
2. Stay out of sun today
3. Dynamic Stretching (Pre practice warm-up)
4. Visualization (especially finishing strong)
5. ABSOLUTELY NO SWIMMING
6. ABSOLUTELY NO NEW FOOD
7. Pack all the race day items today
8. A good night sleep
